Katelyn is the quiet powerhouse behind Gamelli’s Pest Solutions — managing operations, strategy, and all the details that keep the business running smoothly. She believes real success comes from doing things with integrity, listening before acting, and treating every customer like family.

She loves traveling and seeing new places, finding inspiration in every little corner of life. Sports have always been a part of her story — she grew up on the sidelines watching her dad coach football, later coaching herself, and still loves the energy and discipline that come with the game. But her favorite role of all is sharing it all with her daughter, Octavia, and watching her grow up with those same values of heart, curiosity, and hard work.

For Katelyn, Gamelli’s isn’t just a company — it’s a reflection of her values: family, purpose, and building something real that lasts.

Augie Gamelli – Co-Owner & Operations Manager

As co-owner of Gamelli’s Pest Solutions, Augie oversees daily operations — from customer service and sales to hands-on field work. He’s the driving force behind ensuring every job is done right, every customer feels taken care of, and every team member has the support they need to succeed.

Augie’s path into pest control grew from a genuine interest in tick and mosquito work and a curiosity to keep learning something new each day. He takes pride in going above and beyond for customers, digging into the root of every problem, and delivering real, lasting results.

When he’s not working, Augie enjoys time with family, taking UTV rides, and finding ways to keep improving both personally and professionally. His ultimate goal is simple — to be known as someone who works hard, treats people right, and makes a lasting, positive impression on everyone he meets, both in his community and through the relationships he builds along the way.

Justin Ring – Pest Control Technician

Justin is a technician with Gamelli’s Pest Solutions, handling everything from tick and mosquito treatments through the warmer months to rodent control and exclusion work during the colder seasons. He takes pride in every step of the process — from the initial inspection to hearing customers say their homes finally feel pest-free again.

What drew Justin to pest control wasn’t just the work itself, but the passion he saw in Augie and the company’s drive to do things the right way. He values learning, staying honest, and always finding better, safer ways to protect customers’ homes.

Justin approaches every job with care, precision, and integrity. He believes in doing the job thoroughly — no shortcuts, no excuses — and showing up every day ready to deliver results people can trust.

When he’s not working, Justin enjoys spending time with his fiancée, relaxing at home, or exploring the beautiful parks and scenery of Western Massachusetts. He’s approachable, easy to talk to, and always willing to go the extra mile to find the answers customers need.
