We've Got The Answers

What kinds of pests do you handle?
We treat for all the common pests in Western Massachusetts—ants, mice, wasps, ticks, mosquitoes, spiders, roaches, and more. We do not currently offer services for termites or bed bugs.
Do you offer one-time treatments or just plans?
We offer one-time services for things like wasp nests or rodents, but we specialize in pest prevention plans that keep problems from coming back.
Are your products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use products responsibly and target the areas where pests live—not where your family or pets spend time. If you ever have concerns, we’re happy to walk you through what we’re using and where.
Do I need to be home during service?

Not unless you want to be. As long as we have access to the exterior of your home, we can treat while you’re out and leave a service slip with the details.
If an interior service is needed, we’ll schedule it with you ahead of time.

How do I schedule or get a quote?
Just call or text us, or fill out the form on our website. We’ll ask a few questions, give you honest pricing, and help you figure out the best option for your home.
What areas do you service?

We cover Franklin County, Hampshire County, and parts of Hampden County in Western Massachusetts. If you’re not sure, reach out—we’ll let you know if you’re in our range.

Do you offer rodent exclusion?
Yes. Rodent exclusion is one of our most requested services. We offer a dedicated rodent exclusion package that includes inspection, sealing off entry points, and strategic baiting or trapping. It’s designed to not just get rid of rodents—but keep them from coming back.
